Our payment system usually sends you an automated message if your payment failed, so that you can update your payment details.
If you want to change the payment card you used to pay for the service for any other reason, please cancel your subscription (check how to cancel it by clicking here).
You will need to sign up again, but to do this, you will have to wait until the last day of your subscription which depends on the first day you signed up. E.g., if you signed up on the 12th of the month, you will have to wait until the 12th of the following month to sign up again.
Once your subscription is no longer active, you can re-subscribe by entering the card details you would like to use.
