Please keep in mind that we only accept card and PayPal payments

However, if you are using the mobile app, you may be able to use any other method that you have previously approved to use on the Apple Store or the Google Play Store, and change it whenever you need it.

➡️ If your payment failed: our payment system usually sends you an automated message, so that you can update your payment details.

➡️ If you want to change the payment card you used to pay for the service for any other reason: please cancel your subscription (check how to cancel it by clicking here).

You will need to sign up again, but to do this, you will have to wait until the last day of your subscription, which depends on the first day you signed up. E.g., if you signed up on the 12th of the month, you will have to wait until the 12th of the following month to sign up again.

Once your subscription is no longer active, you can re-subscribe by entering the payment details you would like to use.
