How can I cancel my subscription for my employer account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please keep in mind that you need an active subscription to be able to chat with candidates, even with those that you have previously unlocked. 

For this reason, we offer you to activate the Standby Mode, which allows you to continue contacting candidates you have previously unlocked. If you need more candidates, you can reactivate your subscription to unlock new chats at any time.

If you still decide to cancel your subscription, once you have done it, it will remain active until its expiry date.


📱 If you subscribed from your iPhone on the App Store

  1. Click on App Store

  2. Follow the instructions that appear in the link


📱 If you purchased your subscription from your Android phone

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

  1. Touch on the Subscriptions Menu

  2. Touch the subscription that you would like to cancel

  3. Touch Cancel Subscription

  4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen


🖥️ If you subscribed from our website

Please use a web browser from your computer or from your mobile phone (this action can't be done from the app), and log into your account using → this link

  1. Go to My Company and click on Subscription (If you're on web mobile, click on → Menu Symbol – 3 lines – on the top left, → Profile → Subscription)

  2. Click on Unsubscribe

  3. You'll get a pop-up to confirm your decision
