You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please keep in mind that you need an active subscription to be able to chat with candidates, even with those that you have previously unlocked.
For this reason, we offer you to activate the Standby Mode, which allows you to continue contacting candidates you have previously unlocked. If you need more candidates, you can reactivate your subscription to unlock new chats at any time.
If you still decide to cancel your subscription, once you have done it, it will remain active until its expiry date.

Touch the subscription that you would like to cancel

Go to My Company and click on Subscription (If you're on web mobile, click on → Menu Symbol – 3 lines – on the top left, → Profile → Subscription)
Click on Unsubscribe
You'll get a pop-up to confirm your decision
