When you are not interested in a candidate, you can reject their application by marking them as "Not a match".Â
This will automatically notify the candidates that they were not selected, and will also add the candidate to your "Not a match" bucket, meaning you can recover their application later.
To review candidates that are marked as Not a match:
Click on Chats
In the top-right corner, click on the Filter symbol
Click on Not a match and then on the blue button to "Show (number)+ chats"
đŹÂ The candidates will remain in your history and if you change your mind, you can contact them via our chat to ask for more details or to arrange an interview.
