When you are not interested in a candidate, you can reject their application by marking them as "Not a match".
This will automatically notify the candidates that they were not selected, and will also add the candidate to your "Not a match" bucket, meaning you can recover their application later.
To review candidates that are marked as Not a match:
Click on Chats
In the top-right corner, click on the Filter symbol
Click on Not a match and then on the blue button to "Show (number)+ chats"
💬 The candidates will remain in your history and if you change your mind, you can contact them via our chat to ask for more details or to arrange an interview.
