I have paid, but I still don't have access to the FAST service

If you have paid, and you still don't have access to the service: 

📧 Please send your proof of payment  →  here. A screenshot will do. 

* JOB TODAY must be clearly shown as the recipient on the proof of payment. 


📱 If you use Android 

You can request a proof of payment directly from the Google Play Store: 

  • Sign in with your Google Account login details at payments.google.com
  • Click on the subscription with JOB TODAY for which you need the proof of payment
  • Take a screenshot

📱 If you use iOS 

You can request a proof of payment directly from the Apple Store:

  • Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in using your Apple ID and password
  • Click Invoices and select the JOB TODAY invoice that you need from the list, as proof of payment
  • Take a screenshot


🖥️  If you paid through our website
  • Take a screenshot of your payment receipt (e.g. bank statement)
