I have paid, but I still can't contact candidates

If you have paid for a subscription, and you are still unable to chat with the candidates, follow these steps:


  1. Please send us some proof of payment. A screenshot will do.
  2. JOB TODAY must be clearly shown as the recipient on the proof of payment. 


If you use Android: You can request proof of payment directly from the Google Play Store. To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Sign in with your Google Account login details to payments.google.com
  • Click on the subscription with JOB TODAY for which you need the proof of payment
  • Take a screenshot

If you use iOS: You can request proof of payment directly from your iTunes account. To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in using your Apple ID and password
  • Click Invoices and select the JOB TODAY invoice that you need from the list as proof of payment
  • Take a screenshot
