Standby Mode: Take a break from your subscription, but keep chatting with candidates

To chat with candidates — even those you’ve already unlocked — you need an active subscription.


How Standby Mode Works

By activating Standby Mode, you’ll be charged a small periodic fee, starting only after your plan expires.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time to unlock new chats.

🔵 Note: Reactivating your subscription will cancel Standby Mode and resume your regular periodic charges.


How to Activate Standby Mode

  1. Go through the steps to cancel your subscription.

  2. When prompted, choose Standby Mode.

🔸 Important:

  • If you activate Standby Mode before your plan expires and deactivate it before the expiration date, Standby Mode will be disabled.

  • Your subscription will then restart and continue to be charged periodically until you cancel it again.


How to Cancel Standby Mode

If you’ve finished hiring, you can cancel Standby Mode. Once unsubscribed, it will remain active until your plan’s expiration date⏰. After that date, your account will not be charged again.

To cancel Standby Mode, go to:

Profile → Subscriptions → Standby Mode → Cancel
